Felix studied law at the Westfälische Wilhelms University in Münster. He completed his legal clerkship in Düsseldorf and New York.

From 2014 to 2018, Felix worked as a lawyer at the law firm Hopfgarten Rechtsanwälte in the areas of commercial and corporate law as well as real estate law.

From 2018 to 2021, Felix was employed as a lawyer by the corporate boutique Austmann & Partner focusing on corporate law / M&A as well as post-M&A disputes.

From 2021 to 2022, Felix worked as a partner for the Düsseldorf office of the law firm Hopfgarten Rechtsanwälte with a focus on corporate law, venture capital as well as corporate litigation.
